At WellnessStop Chiropractic, it is always our top priority to provide all our patients with the best experience in our office while protecting the health and safety of our patients and employees. Like each of you, we understand that we share a responsibility to protect our families and community, which has caused us to take a number of actions in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) threat.
To start, we already had vigorous quality assurance and safety standards in place, which we continue to reinforce. We are also closely monitoring and following guidance and advice regarding this illness from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Thus, we have taken the following preventative steps:
• Reinforcing vigorous cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces across the office including the adjusting tables and therapy equipment between each patient, also we will be cleaning the most common touch points in the office including but not limited to door handles, counters, etc frequently throughout the business day. We want to give piece of mind to our patients that while you are in our office, we are taking every step possible to keep you healthy.
• Reinforcing our strict operating procedures including our long-standing policy of not letting employees work while sick.
Chiropractic adjustments are a great way to help strengthen your immune system. We do ask as a courtesy to all in our office if you have flu-like symptoms (i.e. fever, cough, etc) please call our office so that we can reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to treat all of our patients with the utmost care and safety.
